As you move around the site simply click on the items you wish to view, then click on the “add to cart”  icon, then click on “continue shopping.”

Should you wish to remove an item simply click on the “remove” icon and then “update.” Proceed to the checkout when you’ve finished, where you will be asked to register as a Girlstravelclub member before adding your payment and delivery details. If you are a returning customer you need only type in your email address and password to access your account.

How to Pay

We are very happy to accept payment using either Paypal or credit/debit cards. If you do not have a Paypal account you will be given the option to use your credit/debit card, just to the left of the Payapal login box. If you would prefer to place your order with a real person, please ring on 07766 016502 and we will be delighted to help you!

We want you to be as delighted with our products as we are, and therefore we offer a 14 day no-quibble guarantee. Should you not be delighted with your order please ring us to obtain a returns code, then return the item to us unused and in its original packaging. The item must be in a resaleable condition in order to receive a full refund. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you send it to us recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of posting certificate. We are sorry but we are unable to refund the cost of returns postage.

Faulty products; your products are covered by a 12 months guarantee from time of purchase. If there is any problem with the item caused by a manufacturing defect or a defect in materials please return the item to us following the guidelines above. When we have received the goods, we will make a decision as to whether they need to go back to the manufacturer for inspection or whether a full refund will be made or replacement goods provided. Please indicate if you would rather have a refund or replacement. This excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or mis-use.

The price you pay is the price shown at the checkout. Should there be any error in pricing you will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option of either cancelling or re-ordering the item at the new price.

We will never give your details to a third party, (unless it be one of our partners and you are booked to attend on one of our courses or holidays).
