Highly recommended if you are heading off the beaten track, as a supplement to your standard travel first aid kit. Some hospital standards abroad are not the same as here in the UK, and equipment may not be as clean as you'd hope. This sterile first aid kit is designed to be handed to a qualifed medical person in case of an emergency so that you can have access to safe treatment; we really hope you never have to use this, but we'd be glad if you had it with you when you needed it!
